At Southern Tier Imaging, patient safety is paramount.

The magnets in MRI scanners are very powerful and can pose a safety risk to certain patients. Southern Tier Imaging is dedicated not only to patient safety, but also the highest quality imaging.

Once you are scheduled for an exam, we will contact you to go over a MRI safety check list. If you are not contacted within 24 hours please contact us so that we can process your information in a timely manner.

Prior to your MRI exam an administrator will review the safety list with you to ensure a safe and effective study.

* If you have an implant you must provide us with an implant card so that we can clear the device safe prior to your MRI
